PREPARATION OF SINGLE DOSE HOT ZABAIONE CREAM
The single dose hot zabaione cream is prepared by carefully mixing a sachet of product with 100/120ml of partially skimmed milk and bringing everything to the boil, continuing to mix until the desired density is obtained.
