HOW TO PREPARE THE “MOKAYÒ” COLD CREAM FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare the “MokaYò” cold cream it is necessary to mix the contents of a bag with 1 liter of whole milk or 0,8 liter of water. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine (or into the powered slush machine if you want to obtain an ice cream).
