Bicom slush creams are high quality Horeca professional products, gluten-free, without hydrogenated fats, without artificial colors and without GMOs.
The “Custard Cream” is a powder preparation in a 500 g bag with which to make velvety desserts or sweet snacks.
The formulation is specifically designed for small-sized slush machines (2-3 liters capacity) which allow very quick preparations and less product waste, but with the use of two bags it can give excellent results even in 6-liter slush machines.
HOW TO PREPARE THE “CUSTARD CREAM” FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare the “Custard Cream” it is necessary to mix the contents of a bag with 1,2 liter of whole milk. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine (or into the powered slush machine if you want to obtain an ice cream).
