“Pronto” Neutral Sorbet is a powdered preparation in a 900 g bag. It is a versatile product that has been specifically designed for the needs of those who want to offer multiple flavors of sorbets using a single slush machine. Its neutral and creamy base can be flavored directly in the flute by adding “Dosagusto“ or “Frutta & Gusta“ concentrated syrup.
HOW TO PREPARE “PRONTO” NEUTRAL SORBET FOR SLUSH MACHINE
To prepare Neutral Sorbet it is necessary to mix the contents of a sachet with 3 liters of water. Mix carefully to avoid the formation of lumps and then pour into the slush machine.
To flavor, add the concentrated syrup of the desired flavor directly into the serving glass, mixing carefully (for a 100 ml flute add a “pump” of Dosagusto equal to 4g).
Using the enhanced slush machine (-12°) it is also possible to obtain an ice cream. In this case it is advisable to dilute 1 bag of product in 2 liters of milk + 1 liter of water.
