The “Pronta” Neutral Granita is a powder preparation in a 900 g bag that allows you to create a neutral base for thirst-quenching granita.
It is a versatile product that has been specifically designed for the needs of those who want to offer multiple flavors of slush using a single slush machine. The neutral base obtained can be flavored directly in the glass by adding “Dosagusto” or “Frutta & Gusta” Concentrated Syrup.
HOW TO PREPARE “PRONTA” NEUTRAL SLUSH
To prepare the Pronta Neutra Slushy it is necessary to dissolve the contents of one bag in 6 liters of water. Mix carefully and then pour into the slush machine.
To flavor, add the concentrated syrup of the desired flavor directly into the serving glass, stirring carefully (for a 200 ml glass add 2 “pumps” of Dosagusto equal to 8g)
