With a different method of preparation it is also possible to obtain an excellent semifreddo (to be kept in the freezer).
HOW TO PREPARE COCOA MOUSSE DESSERT
Blend the contents of one bag in 1 liter of whole milk. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps and blend with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes.
Pour the mixture into molds or cups and let it cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. The mousse can be garnished with fresh fruit, topping, grains or biscuits as desired.
HOW TO PREPARE COCOA SEMIFREDDO
Mix the contents of one bag with 500 ml of cold milk and 500 ml of unsweetened cream for desserts. Whip with an electric whisk at maximum speed for 3 minutes and pour the product into the desired mold.
Keep in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours. Before serving, leave the semifreddo at room temperature for a few minutes
