Mix for Gluten-free Crepes Horeca
Preparation for high quality crepes for the Horeca sector gluten free, hydrogenated fats free, GMOs free and with only natural colorings.
The Gluten Free Crepes Mix is a powder product in a 500g bag which allows you to obtain, in a very simple way, tasty crepes to be filled as desired. The preparation differs from the others on the market because it contains rice flour and is therefore gluten-free, so that even celiac consumers can taste this gluttony.
It has a rich formulation in which eggs and powdered milk are already contained, for a very simple preparation that requires only the addition of water.
CREPES PREPARATION
To prepare the batter for the Crepes, simply add about 700 ml of water to the content of the bag and dilute carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. The mixture obtained is ready to be cooked using the special hot plate, distributing it in a thin layer.
The crepes can be filled at your taste with jam, cream, chocolate, ice cream or fresh fruit. From one bag you get about 10/15 crepes, depending on the size
