Preparation for high quality crepes for the Horeca sector without hydrogenated fats, without GMOs and with only natural colorings.
The Crepes Mix is a powder product in a 500 g bag which allows you to obtain, in a very simple way, tasty crepes to be filled as desired. It has a rich formulation in which the powdered eggs are already contained, so you only have to add water in the preparation.
CREPES PREPARATION
To prepare the batter for the Crepes, simply add about 700 ml of water to the content of the bag and dilute carefully to avoid the formation of lumps. The mixture obtained is ready to be cooked using the special hot plate, distributing it in a thin layer.
The crepes can be filled at your taste with jam, cream, chocolate, ice cream or fresh fruit. From one bag you get about 10/15 crepes, depending on the size.
