Bicom Gluten Free Waffle Mix is a powder product in a 550 g bag which allows you to obtain delicious waffles; the honeycomb sweets of Franco-Belgian origin known by all as a delicious dessert to be garnished with cream or chocolate.
With the same product it is also possible to prepare very soft Pancakes, today increasingly appreciated for rich breakfasts and brunches.
The preparation differs from others on the market because it contains rice flour and is therefore gluten-free, so that even celiac consumers can taste in this gluttony.
It has a rich formulation in which eggs and powdered milk are already contained, for a very simple preparation that requires only the addition of water.
WAFFLES PREPARATION
To prepare the Waffles, simply add 500 ml of water to the contents of the bag and dilute carefully to avoid the formation of lumps.
Leave the batter to rest for about 15 minutes and then cook using the special honeycomb plate lightly greased and hot.
The waffles can be garnished as desired with icing sugar, whipped cream, chocolate, ice cream or fresh fruit.
With a bag of product you get about 10/15 waffles, depending on the size.
PANCAKE PREPARATION
To prepare Pancakes, simply add 550 ml of water to the contents of the bag and dilute carefully to avoid the formation of lumps.
Leave the batter to rest for about 15 minutes and pour about half a ladle of mixture on the special plate or on a slightly greased and hot non-stick pan, cooking on both sides.
