HOW TO PREPARE CATALANA  CREAM DESSERT

Blend the contents of one bag in 1 liter of whole milk. Mix thoroughly to avoid lumps and blend with an electric whisk for about 3 minutes.
Pour the obtained mixture in the appropriate bowls and leave to cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the surface with sugar and caramelize.
